Refund Policy

At LB NAGAR Runners Society, we strive to provide the best event experience. However, we understand that plans can change.

Event Registrations

Cancellation requests made 15 days or more before the event date are eligible for a 70% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once the welcome kit has been dispatched or the digital membership ID has been generated.

In case an event is cancelled by the Society due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund or a credit for a future event will be offered.
